The burden of family responsibilities has gradually blurred their career dreams in the reality of daily life. In the long river of social culture, gender stereotypes are like invisible chains that bind them to traditional roles. Whether it is a gentle mother or a virtuous wife, these inherent images are like an invisible mirror, reflecting their words and deeds at all times. The neglect of health rights is a hidden pain that women can hardly tell. The burden of childbirth, physical illness, and psychological distress is like thorns in the night, piercing them all the time. In a busy life, their health is often neglected and becomes a corner that no one cares about. These troubles are deeply rooted in the sedimentation of history and continue in every corner of modern times. If you immigrate to a foreign country, you will face new challenges. The Pioneer Career Planning Center was established 17 years ago. In her 17 years of career planning and management, the center's founder, Cathy, has witnessed many immigrant women suffering and struggling because they could not find jobs they liked. She has also witnessed other outstanding female entrepreneurs who have been working hard in Canada for more than a decade, and their careers are thriving, but their own health is in danger, and some are even on the verge of death. She knows that women's physical and mental health plays a vital role in social development and family harmony. A mother who is physically and mentally healthy, emotionally stable, and constantly growing is a blessing and the basis for happiness for her children and family. Cathy believes that one's life is one's own, and as a wife and mother, a woman should do her best.
Cathy believes, "Because I have suffered through your hardships and dreamed your dreams, as an old immigrant founder, I can empathize with you". Cathy has spent 17 years of hard work and experience building a large platform with rich social and human resources in the Greater Toronto Area. In order to better help more immigrant women with dreams to avoid detours, expand restrictions, and achieve their entrepreneurial dreams, the Huizhiling Women's Growth Club was born.
